That's a great collection of photos of parrots, Nickolay. Some I haven't photographed - but one of the common ones for me is my favorite - the galah - that's a beautiful photo among the daisies on the lawn.

ReplyDeleteI love watching and photographing parrots. As someone who's lived most of his life in Europe, they are among the most exciting things that can be seen here. Six years since I came to this country and still find them as amazing as the first time when I saw a white cockie in St. James Park in Sydney on my first morning in Australia.
Galahs are not common in Hobart. There are some, but my books say the population is made up of escaped pets. They are beautiful.
