Sahara morning in Sydney

Quite apocalyptic, this is how Sydney looked earlier this morning. Photos were taken at least an hour past dawn without a filter and are not processed in any way. It's caused by a dust storm. Dust is everywhere – tiny particles covering all horizontal surfaces. It reminds me of my childhood in Northern Africa, where dust storms, Ghibli, used to be a common phenomenon. The Sahara dust there used to be of much redder color and the windows were designed to protect the inside of houses much better. Australian window designs are ridiculous.
